Where is Port Stanley Airport?  

Stanley, also known as Port Stanley, is situated on a north-facing slope in one of the wettest parts of East Falkland Island. Stanley is the capital city of the Falklands.

Port Stanley Airport (IATA: PSY, ICAO: SFAL), also known as Stanley Airport, PSY Airport, or simply PSY, is located just outside of Stanley, on East Falkland, Falkland Islands.

Port Stanley Airport (PSY) is used for inter-island flights within the Falkland Islands.

While Port Stanley Airport is the only civilian airport in the Falkland Islands with a paved runway, it is too short to handle international aircraft. As a result, RAF Mount Pleasant, also known as Mount Pleasant Airport (MPN), located west of Stanley, functions as the islands' international airport, as it permits civilian flights and has a long runway.

FIGAS flies from Port Stanley Airport to Mount Pleasant Airport and other settlements on the Falklands.

British Antarctic Survey flies from Port Stanley Airport to the Rothera Research Station in Antarctica.
